Cracker Barrel
This location was the northernmost Cracker Barrel in Ohio when it was built in the late 1980s. A high-volume restaurant and village store, this ground lease has been in place at 1031 Interstate Court since 1987.
Denny’s Classic Diner
Completely renovated interior and exterior restaurant re-opened under new franchisee in December 2025. High-volume restaurant at 1051 Interstate Court at the corner of U.S. 224 and County Road 300.
Interstate Plaza
Built in 2005, this 11,900-square foot shopping mall has brick on all four sides and a stamped concrete fully covered- walkway in front. The plaza is home to Tim Hortons/Cold Stone Creamery, Verizon Wireless, All State Insurance, Penn Station, Hibachi Dash, Orthodontic Associates and USX Federal Credit Union. Whitson Properties pays all Common Area Maintenance, and we have historically advertised the plaza on behalf of our tenants in the local newspaper and magazines. This is an entirely free-span structure, so there are no interior posts to interfere with design esthetics.

Florence Commercial Plaza
This plaza is located at 7850-7830 Highway 42 just east of 1-75 – one of the busiest corridors in Florence Kentucky. It is fully leased to Rent-A-Center, Wich Doctor, Hanlin Shoe Repair/Concord Custom Cleaners, La Michoacana Premier and Minuteman Press. The location boasts 7,075 square feet of space with plenty of parking in front of the building. A traffic light provides easy access. Whitson Properties pays all Common Area Maintenance.
El Nopal Family Restaurant
El Nopal has recently completed a full renovation the interior and exterior to bring it into the fold as one of its 28 Mexican restaurants throughout Kentucky and Indiana. The 6,OOO-square foot building at 7828 Highway 42 is located at the northern terminus of Industrial Road, and enjoys high visibility and plentiful parking.
