Hilton Garden Inn
Our 101-room Hilton Garden Inn, opened in late 2014. It boasts a large banquet/meeting room space of 4,500 square feet that can host parties of up to 300 people It features a large, beautiful, modern lobby with a full service restaurant and bar, a library, a boardroom, and plenty of comfortable seating for informal business meetings throughout. Hilton Corp. has consistently ranked the Findlay property among the top 5 percent out of nearly 700 Garden Inns throughout the United States and Canada based on guest satisfaction scores and corporate inspections. The Findlay Hilton Garden Inn earned Hilton’s “Award of Excellence” in 2021 and 2022.
Country Inn & Suites
Our 73-room Country Inn & Suites opened in 2005. It also has an open, two-story lobby and the most spacious guest rooms in town, with two-and three-room suites available. Findlay Country Inn & Suites has won the company’s prestigious Excellence Award five times for performance and appearance. The hotel’s guest rooms and public spaces were renovated with a clean, modern look in 2023.
City Express by Marriott
Our first hotel, originally a Holiday Inn Express, is being completely renovated inside and out and converted into a Marriott property that we plan to open in Fall 2025. Loyal Marriott travelers will have a choice to stay on the west side of town! City Express by Marriott will offer 76 rooms and feature a brand new conference room and fitness center.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites
Whitson Properties opened its fourth hotel in October 2018, a 112 room Holiday Inn Express!
